Welcome to Acqua Home Living Solutions Inc. ("Acqua", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website (www.acquahomeliving.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Products and Availability

Acqua offers a curated selection of furniture, home decor, prefabricated swimming pools, curtains, rugs, lighting fixtures (luminaires), and finishing materials for sale through our website. At this time, we do not maintain a physical inventory in Guyana. All products are offered on a pre-order or custom-order basis, and availability is subject to confirmation from our partner suppliers.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount provided in our quotation during the negotiation process, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any other agreed-upon fees.

All orders must be prepaid via the available payment methods listed on our website or in our quotation.
Orders are considered confirmed only after the full payment has been received and validated.
Acqua reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or failure to meet the agreed payment terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped from our partner suppliers and delivered to Guyana through authorized logistics channels coordinated by Acqua.

Once the products arrive in Guyana, they will be delivered directly by the Acqua team or made available for pickup at a designated location, which will be communicated in advance.
We do not offer courier or postal delivery services.
Estimated delivery times will be shared during the quotation process.
Acqua is not liable for delays caused by customs, international shipping issues, or third-party logistics providers.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because most of our products are made-to-order or imported, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued unless the product is found to be defective at the time of delivery or pickup.
All products will undergo a joint inspection by the Acqua Quality Control team and the customer at the time of delivery or pickup.
If any damage or defect is confirmed during this inspection, Acqua will take appropriate action, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
No claims will be accepted after the customer has approved the product during the handover.

5. Sustainability and Social Responsibility

Acqua is committed to working with suppliers that adopt responsible and ethical practices. We strive to promote sustainable sourcing, ethical labor standards, and environmentally friendly solutions across our product categories.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Customer information is collected only for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except when necessary to fulfill your order or comply with legal obligations.
All personal information is handled in accordance with data protection laws applicable in the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and international standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Acqua or its partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Acqua shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Losses caused by delays in delivery due to customs, shipping interruptions, or supply chain issues.
Differences in color, texture, or dimensions resulting from handcrafted or natural variations in materials.

We provide all products and services "as is" and make no guarantees beyond those required by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising shall be resolved under Guyanese jurisdiction, in the competent courts of Georgetown.
